The apartment is located 50 meters from the property, exactly on the main street of Tropea with a view of the city (Corso Vittorio Emanuele),
it is located 350 meters from the beach, along a panoramic staircase.

Equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, bed linen and towels, kitchen, kitchen utensils, washing machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, double bed, sofa bed, free wifi, TV.

The price includes gas, electricity and water.

Security Deposit: it is mandatory to pay the sum of € 50.00 upon arrival. This sum will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the inventory and the total cleaning of both the house and the kitchenette and dishes.
